Renewal and cancellation
Pro and Team renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annual, at the price shown at checkout (plus tax), until you cancel.
Annual plans: we email you a reminder at least 15 and no more than 30 days before each annual renewal charge, with the renewal date, the amount and a link to cancel online.
Cancel anytime online from your account, with no phone call and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, monthly or annual: your plan won't renew, and you keep access until then. We don't give partial refunds for the unused part of a period, except as our Refund Policy says.
Monthly allowance and optional extra reports: Pro and Team include 300 reports per monthly cycle (on Team, shared by all users). At 300 reports in a cycle, we notify you and additional reports pause until the next cycle, unless you turn on optional extra reports at $0.99 each. You can turn this off anytime, and we never charge for extra reports unless you've turned it on. Extra reports you've turned on are billed at the end of each monthly cycle, and they aren't refundable once used, except for our errors.
Team users: Team includes up to 5 users. You can add more for $15/month per user on monthly plans or $150/year per user on annual plans. Users added partway through a period are charged a prorated amount; removed users come off at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period.
Single reports are one-time purchases and don't renew. A single report isn't refundable once generated, except when something went wrong on our side and you tell us within 14 days.
Questions
Can homeowners buy reports?
Yes. Homeowners and property owners can buy for their own use. Contractors and licensed insurance professionals can also buy for their own licensed work. Texas-first soft launch.
Which areas are covered?
Texas addresses at launch. Other states may follow later.
Is a report an inspection?
No. A report lists weather events recorded in public datasets near an address. It is not an inspection or a damage determination.

No. We use public NOAA and NWS data, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by NOAA, the NWS, or any government agency.
